A: If you're having trouble logging in, it's likely because you haven't registered in our new system. If you've posted an ad with us in the past 6 months, then you're already registered. However, if you're a new user, you'll need to register first and then try logging in. If you've forgotten your login name, you can contact us to retrieve it. And if you've forgotten your password, you can click on "forgot my password" and it will be automatically emailed to you. If you logged in via Facebook try troubleshooting yout FB account.
Q: Can I edit my ad after it has been submitted?
A: Yes, you can edit your ad after it has been submitted by logging in to your account and selecting the ad you want to edit. However, some changes may require approval from our team before they can be published.
Q: How long will my ad stay on the website?
A: The duration of your ad depends on the package you purchased. Typically, a free ads run for 30 days for free, but longer durations are available for purchase. You can also feature your product for a minor fee.
Q: Can I renew my ad after it expires?
A: Yes, you can renew your ad after it expires by logging in to your account and selecting the expired ad. You can then choose to renew it for another duration.
Q: How can I delete my ad?
A: To delete your ad, log in to your account and select the ad you want to delete. You will then have the option to delete it.
Q: Can I add more pictures to my ad after it has been submitted?
A: Yes, you can add more pictures to your ad after it has been submitted by logging in to your account and selecting the ad you want to edit. You can then add or remove pictures as needed.
Q: How can I contact the seller of an item?
A: To contact the seller of an item, click the "contact seller" button on the ad page. You can then send a message to the seller using our on-site messaging system.
Q: I am trying to place an ad but my pictures won't "take" into the system?
A: The most likely reason for this issue is that the pictures you're trying to upload are too big. In this case, you can either edit them to a smaller size or complete the ad process without images and email them to us separately. If you choose the latter option, don't pay for your ad online for featured listings. Instead, we'll add the cost for the extra featured listing options you've chosen to your account, and you can pay us at your convenience.
Q: I am trying to place an ad but it seems to be "stuck" on the ad information page?
A: If you're having trouble with the ad information page, it's probably because you've left out some required information. Look for any red writing next to one of the boxes of information, which will indicate that you forgot to fill something in. If you're still unable to proceed, you can copy and paste your ad description into an email addressed to help@ezead.com and then cancel your ad process. Send us the email, making sure to include your phone number, and we'll call you as soon as possible to finish placing your ad.
Q: I forgot my password/login name?
A: If you know your user name, you can have your password emailed to you by our system. Just start to login and put in your user name, then click the link that says "I lost my Password". Your password will be emailed to you immediately. If you don't remember your user name, but have an ad online, you can check your ad, and you will see your user name there. Alternatively, you can contact us, and we'll look it up for you.
Q: I get the newsletter? does this mean I am "registered"?
A: Not necessarily. Receiving our newsletter doesn't mean you're registered into our system for all purposes. Some users are only registered for the newsletter. You're only registered with us if you've posted an ad with us in the past 6 months or if you've registered yourself at some point. If you're unsure whether you're registered, you can contact us, and we'll be happy to check for you.
Q: How do I make a change to my ad?
A: To make changes to your ad, you must first log in using your user name and password. Once you're logged in, click on "My Account" and select "My Active Ads." You'll then see all of your active ads and have the option to "Change," "Edit," or "Delete" your ad. If you accidentally delete your ad, we can't retrieve it for you. However, you can start a new ad that's identical to the current ad, but it will be a completely new ad.
Q: My email address doesn't show in my ad?
A: Our system is designed to protect you from spammers who scan the web and collect email addresses for mailing lists of all kinds. The default setting for ads is for interested parties to click on the "contact the seller" link, which allows them to send you a message from our system without.
